Nuh behavior is one of the newest dances to hit the Jamaican dancehall. The dance was choreographed by Overmars (of the Ravers Clavers dance crew).
Currently, the nuh linga and gully creepa are still the front runners in the mainstream club/party scenes but it is likely that very soon the Nuh behavior and “Sassa Step” will displace them as dance staples.

So once more I have found myself in this all too familiar position. I was here just a couple months ago, and voila – back again.
It took a lot of discipline, motivation and hard work for me to resurrect myself the last time. I doubt it will be as hard this time around. I am looking forward to “the come back”. I always come back better, I just need to be consistent from now on.

Back in Los Angeles now, back in the new old world.. Lol.

I got a new computer I really love, it’s a macbook. (2.4ghz 160gb 2gb ram) Hooray!!

I haven’t moved into my apartment yet (going on the 3rd week of school), due to negligence on the school’s part.

Someone stole my bicycle last night.. I actually saw the guy.. I chased him for almost 4 blocks (barefoot) but decided after catching up to him that it wasn’t worth it. I got a pretty nasty cut under my big toe in the process. Such is life. (No good deed goes unpunished – I’ve been feeling pretty altruistic of late)

School: School seems like it could get a little hectic this semester. But seeing that I would prefer for it to be relaxed and manageable I will put in the required work to keep my goals reachable.

Speaking of goals, I will get back to drawing board once more.. review, reset, revamp and set some goals for this year.

Anyhow.. i’m out!

Hooray for 2009, Hooray for 2009!!!!!!

Some people propose that soulja boy [tell 'em] and his empty lyrics or abc rhymes as others put it has singlehandedly killed hip hop. I agree that most of his songs are message less, beat driven and at times misogynistic. But like the kid said, if you have a problem with his music and the state of hip hop now (since he killed it), do something about it. Fix it. Don’t sit down complaining..Soulja boy came with something original, and at the right time. People love dancing and he provided an avenue for them to express themselves with his dance motivated songs.. it matters not about how empty they may be. If you want “deep” music there is always Nas, Common, Lil’ Wayne (at times), Lupe Fiasco and Kanye West – just to name a few. So I don’t think hip hop is dead, if anything it gained another dimension.

During Friday workouts I feel like i’m going to pull something.. (whats up with that??)

This is my first full week of training in about 3 weeks (Lets see if I make it to the weight room later) 

If I don’t revisit my master plan before midday today I am destined to have sucky day tomorrow!

I hope I find it in myself to have a good birthday tomorrow. 

I hope I will magically put on 5 lbs in the next two weeks.

And if there is any material thing I could have for my birthday it would be a new macbook.

My day starts in 30mins.. *cheers*
