How to get more out of your dinner..
Lets say you’re broke (sucks, i know). That dinner you bought or cooked tonight, don’t eat all of it. Eat about half, honestly, your body only needs a certgain amount of nourishment to get through the night. Save the rest for breakfast/lunch. That way you don’t waste time preparing a meal in the morning and using more food which you probably cannot afford.
1 dinner = 2 meals.
