Some things to think on..
My shin hurts like a mother *((&*(&*.. (remember to ice that)
During Friday workouts I feel like i’m going to pull something.. (whats up with that??)
This is my first full week of training in about 3 weeks (Lets see if I make it to the weight room later)
If I don’t revisit my master plan before midday today I am destined to have sucky day tomorrow!
I hope I find it in myself to have a good birthday tomorrow.
I hope I will magically put on 5 lbs in the next two weeks.
And if there is any material thing I could have for my birthday it would be a new macbook.
My day starts in 30mins.. *cheers*
